Our History

Big-D Signature, launched in 2001 in Jackson, Wyoming, is the culmination of a legacy that began in 1967. That year, Dee Livingood founded what would grow into one of America’s most respected construction companies: Big-D Construction.

Though established as part of the Big-D Construction brand, Signature’s heritage extends far deeper. Dee’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence inspired a new venture: harnessing Big-D’s exceptional craftsmanship to create premium resorts and residences for clients nationwide.

Signature dedicates itself exclusively to residential and resort town projects, many situated in remote and environmentally sensitive locations. Our collaboration with developers and homeowners creates spaces that will serve as backdrops for family memories for generations.
